generally served on top of a piece of bread. They are
a culinary staple of Northern Spain’s Basque region
and a synonym of good eats, and are usually spiked
with a toothpick.

Based on our aim to showcase Spanish culture and flavors,

at Lizarran America we have created our own Foodtruck where we offer our take on Pintxos and other spanish dishes, in a casual environment. Our Foodtruck concept is perfect for major city events or private parties, where we can satisfy our guests with fresh quality products from the Spanish cuisine.
